简要介绍了炼厂气中富氢气体的回收工艺技术,并分析了各种工艺技术的适用范围,指出了各种技术的优缺点。结合大港石化公司全厂氢气管网平衡优化项目,增加变压吸附氢气提纯设施,实际回收约9000Nm3/h的高纯度氢气,取得了较为明显的经济效益。
Abstract:All kinds of recycling processes of hydrogen from refinery gas were introduced; their application range was discussed as well as advantages and disadvantages. In Dagang refinery hydrogen pipe network balance optimization project, the pressure swing hydrogen adsorption unit was used and 9 000 Nm3/h hydrogen was recovered, good economic benefit was obtained.
